Do you provide cleaning services?
We have a team of professional cleaners that clean, sanitize and disinfect the properties between each guest stay, following strict hygiene practices. The cleaning service includes everything from linens and towels to deep cleaning all the areas of the property. Guests should arrive to a clean and welcoming property for each stay.
It is in the interest of each guest and Noble Retreats that the home stays well-maintained and in immaculate condition, and we consistently work to meet and exceed our high standards of cleanliness.
How do you handle maintenance requests?
Maintaining our properties are a key component of our comprehensive vacation rental management service. We conduct routine maintenance inspections and promptly address any concerns raised by guests.
We have a team of reliable local professional contractors and ensure repairs are handled swiftly and with expert care. Our services include proactive maintenance to prevent issues before they escalate, as well as regular evaluations to guarantee the properties stay in excellent shape.
How do you screen guests?
We use trusted booking platforms which have strict guest verification processes and our team adheres to age restriction guidelines, completes ID Verifications, and requests deposits to ensure that only responsible guests rent the property. Additionally, our team reviews guest profiles, past reviews and communicates with guests prior to stays.
We prioritize the safety of our guests and minimize the risk of property damage or misuse of the property through these screening processes.
Are there age requirements?
Noble Retreats only rents to responsible parties 25 years of age or older. The responsible party must be the guest to check-in and must be actually staying at the property. Keys/key codes will only be given to the responsible party. A state-issued driver’s license or other acceptable ID is required from the guest at check-in and must match the name on the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Please note: Being unaware of our age requirements is not an acceptable reason to cancel a reservation. Our cancellation policy would still need to be followed in order to get a refund. Any underage guests who attempt to check-in will not be allowed to stay and will be held responsible for 100% of the stay amount.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival would result in loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total stay amount.
What is the check-in and check-out process?
We prioritize a hassle-free check-in and check-out process by featuring keyless entry in most locations with unique codes given to each guest group. Door codes are promptly changed after each guest stay. Safety is a priority and with keyless entry, you can be reassured that only you, Noble Retreats and the guests you share it with have access to the entry code.
Where keyless entry is not possible, lockboxes are used, allowing you to arrive at your convenience without having to coordinate with anyone. Detailed instructions are sent before your stay, and our support team is available 24/7 should you need any assistance. All check-ins will be done remotely via online contact or telephone call on the day of your arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Noble Retreats will only give keys and key codes to the primary guest on the reservation unless prior arrangements have been made. Please be prepared to electronically provide a copy of your state-issued driver’s license or other acceptable ID so that we can verify your identity and age before you are provided with any access codes. Please do not attempt to check-in if the primary renter is not at least 25 years old. Your ID will be verified and you will not be allowed to check-in.
